• Is it possible to accommodate pets?

  Pets are not allowed, regardless of the size and type of pet.

• What documents are required to check into the hotel?

  Documents required for each guest's check-in:

  • passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation;
  • a foreign passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation;
  • birth certificate - for persons who have not reached the age of 14;
  • a passport certifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation outside its borders - for persons permanently residing outside the Russian Federation;
  • passport of a foreign citizen;
  • temporary residence permit for a stateless person;
  • a residence permit for a stateless person;
  • Russian Federation driver's license.

  Original documents are required upon check-in.

• Is there parking in the hotel?

  On-site parking is available for hotel guests under video surveillance.

  Parking at the main entrance to the hotel and parking on the closed territory of the hotel (under the barrier).

  Both parking lots are under video surveillance. Parking services at no extra charge.

• Check-in and check-out time
  • The standard check-in time is 14:00
  • The standard check-out time is 12:00
• Breakfast format and time

  Breakfast is served in the Mama Roma chain Italian restaurant on the 1st floor of the hotel (entrance through the lobby) in a buffet style from 7:00 to 11:00 daily.

• Opening hours of the gym and cedar-jadeite steam room?

  The gym is open from 7:00 to 24:00.

  The cedar-jadeite steam room is open around the clock by pre-order (you need to call the reception in an hour).

• How long does it take to get to Abakan Airport?

  It takes 10-15 minutes by car. By public transport 15-20 minutes.
